Ombre is the fourth technique shared in MFT's Summer School lessons. MFT Pressed Flowers lend themselves perfectly to this effect; as the layers are stamped in a single hue, the centers become progressively darker than the edges of the blooms. After stacking multiple 'hello' die cuts, I sponged on blue ink to create a darker top edge fading toward the bottom of the word. Wink of Stella adds some shine to the lower edge, but it doesn't show well in the photo. This was a really fun techniuqe!
Thanks for stopping by,
Christine

Very interesting technique, I may have to try that. Thanks for sharing with us at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and Best of Luck in the Draw. Donna, DT Member
