Happy Birthday: Color Challenge Meets Sketch

I love combining color and sketch challenges!  I started with a panel embossed  with the Tim Holtz 3D Lumber embossing folder and sponged it with a bit of Rich Cocoa ink.  The flowers are cut from MFT's Pressed Flowers.  I love to cut them from watercolored panels and to just stamp the centers for a soft look.  The color scheme came from Color Throwdown, and I love it!  A sentiment is from MFT's Queen for a Day. I popped up some of the flowers with foam tape for a fun dimensional look.

Thank you for visiting,
Christine

This is beautiful!! I love the gorgeous flowers. They look really good against the woodgrain like that. Thanks so much for joining us for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
