Happy Memorial Weekend, everyone! It's truly a busy time for me right now, but I decided to make a little time to craft this morning before returning to responsibilities, schedules, and deadlines. This week's Mojo Monday sketch is truly a keeper, and I intended to be truer to the design, but sometimes one choice of color or shape influences another. The gorgeous detailed heart competed with my favorite part of the sketch---the three strips of washi tape--- so I used a solid background image to let the pretty heart shine. The ingredients for this card are:
Verve's Love Everlasting set with awesome matching dies,
Wedding Bliss papers from Echo Park, and some metallic gold poster board cut with a
Little Inker die.
