Altenew Florals: Happy Birthday

Altenew is sponsoring the latest challenge at Word Art Wednesday.  There is a wonderful prize to be awarded by random draw, and we hope you will share your art and join in the fun

This pretty little floral image by Altenew is called Sweet Cluster, and it is a beautiful accent in any color.  The images were stamped on Bristol Smooth Card Stock and colored with Tombow Real Brush Watercolor Markers.  The coordinating die makes the bouquet a breeze cut out!

Thanks for stopping by,

Christine

Notes of Appreciation

Presently creating multiples of cards to appreciate some sweet people I've served with in community ministry.  It's such a blessing to think over the things they have done as I write to them.  There will be more cards to come.  So far, my favorite is the pink set.

I entered these via IG in the SSS Wednesday Challenge~ Lots of Layers.

Blessings,

Christine

Showing the Praises of the Lord PS 78:4 for Word Art Wednesday

This card was created using some a scrap of pink and some extra die cuts lying on my desk......only after I loved the look and glued everything down did I realize that this scripture and the timing of the post coincides with Father's Day.  My apologies, dads, for the pink floral vibes.  So glad the scripture pertains to moms, too!

God's word is powerful and truly speaks to individual situations in amazing ways!  I hope you are blessed by this scripture and will stop by Word Art Wednesday to download a (free) copy for your own use.  There's always a prize to be earned and plenty of inspiration!

Blessings,

Christine

Stamp Simply Sponsors at Word Art Wednesday

Stamp Simply is sponsoring the current Word Art Wednesday Challenge.  What a blessing!  I love Stamp Simply products and combined the gorgeous dies from Coffee or Tea with the images and sentiments from God will Take Care of You.

Hope you will share at Word Art Wednesday for an opportunity to win some wonderful Stamp Simply goodies.

Blessings,

Christine

Lawn Fawn Sponsors Word Art Wednesday

Lawn Fawn is sponsoring Word Art Wednesday for the current challenge, and Mother's Day is almost here.  So.....I pulled out my bin of LF stamps and chose a set to create a card for Mom.  I love the cute Little Fireflies set and decided to use a Mason jar full of lightning bugs as the centerpiece of my card.  I think it will make Mom smile.

Blessings,

Christine

Psalm 119:106 for Word Art Wednesday

God's word is sweet and satisfying---the perfect encouragement for a weary soul and perfect direction for all things.   I love this scripture and had fun adorning it with paper-pieced butterfly dies from Paper Smooches.

All are welcome to stop by Word Art Wednesday for a copy of the scripture and for the sweet encouragement from Karen's devotion.  There is always a prize provided for the winner and a bit of inspiration from the team. Make yourself welcome!

Blessings,

Christine

Hugs and Smiles

How much fun it is when great challenges converge.  SSS, Double D, and Triple B all allow for pretty butterflies!  I like how my card turned out, and I wont tell about the element designed  to cover a mistake!  The butterflies (Verve) were heat embossed in white and the emboss resist was done with Aqua Mist and Hawaiian Shores: The sentiment is also from Verve, and the dies are from Papertrey Ink. The tiny sprig is left from a Spellbinders project.

Blessings,

Christine
