Sunday Stamps: Tall and Skinny Created from "Left-Overs"

When creating this card, I stamped and die cut lots of pieces from Reverse Confetti's Rose Garden.  I loved how the colors worked together and had four roses and some greenery left over.  This seemed like a good time to try a tall and skinny card, and the fit was great!  My favorite part of the sketch was the washi tape, and I tried adding both B/W stripes and gold and white dots, but felt like both designs overwhelmed the floral part.  Good thing washi tape is so easy to remove!

Sunshine and Laughter

Love, love the inspiration photo at The Challenge.  The bold, summery flowers and hint of black stripes created such a fun search through papers and stamps.  I'd have never risked a green rose or learned I'd love it without a nudge from the photo!

Stamps used are Reverse Confetti Rose Garden and Verve Brighter Days.

You Color My World

After selecting a rainbow of paint sample cards at a local discount store, I die cut them with a banner die from My Favorite Things.  The Color Me Happy sentiment set and color word die are from Sunny Studio Stamps. The tiny flower/leaf dies were a "bonus gift" with my Sunny Studio order.

Have a Sunshiny Day

I adore the pink and kraft tones in the "If You Give a Crafter a Cookie" Challenge, and the current Freshly Made Sketch is a keeper, for sure!  The following stamps and dies were used on my card:  Papertrey Ink A2 Noted die set, Reverse Confetti Tall Tags Trio, Paper Smooches Mason Jar, MFT Stitched Flowers, and sentiment from Verve Stamps.  I used a little watercolor in the jar and on the leaves.
