God of our Salvation for WAW

 

I love to ink fall leaves, and this die is one from a collection by The Greetery.  It was just what I wanted to accent this sweet Psalm of praise to our good God.  The Word Art scripture file is available to all at Word Art Wednesday, along with a devotional that will bless you.  There is always a nice prize for a participant selected by random draw.  I hope you will play along!

Taste and See that the Lord is Good

This little journal was so much fun to create.  It started as a half-sheet of heavy black cardstock cut to 5.5 x 11.  It was scored and folded at 4.25 with the remaining length creating the flap on the right-hand side.  I covered the journal inside and out with patterned papers and extended the striped flap by gluing the white die cut on the right hand side only.  There is a small magnet holding the white die cut to the cover on the left side.  The signatures were scored and tied in place with the black eyelash yarn.  The messy ribbon tassel is attached with a cute pear-shaped safety pin.  I loved decorating the front with Stamp Simply's Coffee or Tea set.  It is one of my all-time favorites!  Inside, I plan to record various examples of God's goodness described in the book of Numbers which I am currently reading.
